PAYMENT INFO
Private-Pay Sessions- When paying for sessions privately, the fee is due at the time of service, and can be made with any major credit card. Many employers provide health-savings accounts for their employees, and I am able to accept payment through your HSA card as well.
You will receive the time-of-service discounted rate of $150 per session (approx 50 minutes). Otherwise, the normal billing rate for sessions will be consistent with the Oregon Workers Compensation Physician Fee Schedule.
Insurance Billing - I am currently in-network with plans from the following insurance providers. For individuals who wish to utilize their health insurance to cover sessions, please contact your insurance company directly to confirm network participation and to ask about your copay or deductible responsibility (don’t worry….most networks do provide coverage, but some networks within these companies are more restrictive and may not always cover services, so it is always advised that you confirm with them directly):

If you are in network with a different insurance plan, I will not be able to bill them for you, however please submit your receipts to your tax professional at the end of the year, as medical/counseling costs might be tax-deductible.
